You guys showed up in a big way when we launched our Kindness Campaign back at the beginning of Covid. Can you believe that we gave away over $28,000 worth of candles and shipped them all over the country, bringing some much needed kindness and light into thousands of homes?!
Well…we recently learned about the need of a local non-profit organization that pulled at all our heart strings. They run a group home for girls about to age out of the foster care system (they also serve as a safe house for trafficking survivors) and their facilities could desperately use some renovations in order to provide a safe and warm environment for all the girls and staff.
In an effort to help do our part to and make these renovations a reality, we are hereby issuing an ACTS OF KINDNESS CHALLENGE.
We’ve been working for months to curate some amazing, price point driven gifts and goodies to load on our website. Fabulous things for $6-$25!! Some are already bundled into gifts sets for you OR you can create your very own and then send someone (or several someone’s) an unexpected gift.
Because, when you really think about it... sending a gift for an occasion is great, but sending someone a gift just because is an ACT of KINDNESS. And when you participate in sending an ACT of KINDNESS gift online - we will GIVE BACK to this precious safe house home for girls to restore their space!
We are committed to walking alongside this organization long term but our first Acts of Kindness Challenge goal is to send out at least 200 ACTS of KINDNESS gift purchases to help get this project started!
